Description

We are currently seeking a manager with management experience to ensure full execution of events, manage daily operations, drive sales and profit performance of Kidsville Playland. This role will supervise and oversee daily operations to ensure profitability through Kidsville presentation, guest service and daily operational cost control. This role is responsible for training, developing and evaluating other employees.


Job Responsibilities and Skills:
• Makes daily decisions regarding time management (must have a sense of urgency), staff scheduling and support, upholding Kidsville standards, guest service, product quality and cleanliness standards.
• Builds sales and maximizes profits by effectively recruiting, training, developing and communicating Kidsville and guest expectations to entire team.
• Learn, teach and motivate team to maintain high quality guest service and safety.
• Exercises excellent judgment in cost control procedures and inventory levels.
• Qualified candidates should have a history of impeccable attention to detail and aggressive leadership capabilities.

• Planning, staying organized, multi-tasking, attention to detail and a high level of energy are essential to the success of a Kidsville Playland employee.
