Kidsville is a great place for preschoolers and school age children to learn about the way a community works. In our community we have interactive props inspiring problem solving, social interaction, and discovery in every structure including:

· Schoolhouse - Chalkboard, puzzles, teacher desk and student desks, lacing boards, books, tanagrams, shape sorters, magnetic writing boards, alphabet magnets, calendar.

· Grocery Store - Real-working cash register, scale, labeled areas for play food, carts and baskets, grocery bags and money.

· Pet Shop - Play animals, veterinarian kits and outfits, pet salon, pet carriers, vet posters and books.

· Restaurant - Play food and kitchen, chef outfits, aprons, magnetic drawing boards to take orders, chalkboard for specials, menus, tables and chairs, table settings, real-working cash registers, and drive-through window. 

· Beauty Salon and Spa - Tea service, vanity with accessories, mirrors, dress-up clothing, and salon chairs and accessories for baby dolls.

· Playhouse - Kitchen with table and chairs, play food, realistic utensils, high chair for babies, and cleaning tools. Living room set with books and magazines. Babies room with doll bed, changing table, dolls, doll clothes, and other accessories.

· Hospital - Medical cart with x-ray machine, blood pressure machine, and other accessories, doctor and nurse outfit, patient cot, eye chart and other anatomical posters, felt board of a body with removable organs, real stethoscope and doctor kits.

· Emergency Zone - Fire truck, police and firefighter outfits and accessories, books, rescue toys, 911 phone, and posters of real rescue heroes.

· Construction Junction - Tool bench and tools, crane, large interlocking blocks, dump trucks, nuts and bolts, tool belts, and hard hats.

· Theater - Dress up clothes, puppets, microphone, musical instruments, and vanity with mirror.

· Streets - Pedal cars, realistic street signs, cross walks, and stop lights.

Preschool Field Trips Field trips are approximately 2 - 3  hours long. After you register, you will receive a planning guide to optimize the use of your time with us. School groups may bring snacks/lunches to be consumed in the party rooms. Snacks and lunches are also available for an additional cost at the time of reservation. Field Trips consists of: · Greeting/Circle Time with facilitator. · Community helpers discussion. · Self-guided tour · Learning Lab activity with facilitator (Teacher chooses activity from our list). · Snack or lunch (optional)

Playgroups, Moms Groups, and Churches For groups of 8 children or more, we offer a discounted rate of $5 per child.
